Entitled “Piovono idee per la rinascita” (“Raining Ideas for Rebirth”), the 2023 Netval Report gathers and shares – through data and experiences – the current scenario, together with a forecast of the future one, of technology transfer (and, more generally, of the Third Mission) in Italian public research institutions.

The protagonists are therefore Universities, PROs and IRCCS, which since 2002 have been “telling” about their activities through the Netval survey: a questionnaire that over the years has made it possible to document progress and growth in the valorisation of research results, becoming a timely and analytical representative.
